Fulfillment Policy

Performars is committed to providing a transparent, secure, and satisfactory experience for our customers. Please review the following policies that govern how we handle service delivery, cancellations, refunds, and returns for our digital services and software subscriptions.


1. Service Delivery Policy

Performars offers digital marketing consulting services, CRM implementation, and SaaS-based persona marketing solutions (e.g., Find My Market). Fulfillment of services is defined as the delivery of project milestones, platform access, or completion of service activities outlined in a mutually agreed scope of work (SoW) or service contract.

  • Consulting and Custom Projects: Delivery timelines and formats are specified in the project proposal or Statement of Work (SoW). Project kickoff begins upon confirmation of payment and signed agreement.

  • SaaS Access (e.g., Find My Market): Platform access is granted immediately or within 72 hours after payment confirmation. Account credentials and onboarding details are sent via email.


2. Refund Policy

Performars offers tailored services and digital tools. Due to the nature of our solutions:

  • SaaS Subscriptions: Refunds are not provided after account access is granted unless required by local law. We recommend evaluating our free trial or demo prior to purchase.

  • Consulting Services: Refunds are not issued once the service delivery has begun, except in the case of a failure to meet contractual obligations as defined in the agreement.

3. Return Policy

As Performars provides digital and service-based solutions, we do not accept returns of delivered services or activated software products. If you experience a problem with your service, please reach out within 7 days of delivery for resolution support.


4. Subscription Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription with the following terms:

  • Monthly Subscriptions: Can be canceled at any time. Access continues until the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are given.

  • Annual Subscriptions: May be canceled before renewal. No refund is issued for early termination.

  • Enterprise Agreements: Cancellation and exit clauses are governed by the custom terms stated in your service contract.

All cancellations must be submitted in writing to finance@performars.com.
